| | cheerful | ] | Hi. This journal is a journey to health and happiness. Basically, I want to be accountable to myself for this journey, and by writing things down I think this will help.
About me: Age - 24 years Sex - Female Height - 5'7 Weight - Way too much! :) - As of today 156.64 lbs Goal - 130 lbs ultimately. But by September 7th, 145 lbs. Why - I want to be comfortable in my own skin. I want to be healthy and not as susceptible to illness as I currently am. I want to look good for both myself, and my husband.
We leave to go to the Gold Coast in Australia on the 7th of September & I both want and need to have lost 10 lbs by then. I know that at 145 I look and feel so much better. The 10th of September is also our wedding anniversary so I want to do this in time for this date.
Ultimately, by my 25th birthday, which is in February 2007, I want to be exactly where I want to stay, at 130lbs.
I have a home gym so no excuses not to exercise, and my husband is incredibly supportive.
