    <content type="html">Hi.  This journal is a journey to health and happiness.  Basically, I want to be accountable to myself for this journey, and by writing things down I think this will help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;About me:&lt;br /&gt;Age    - 24 years&lt;br /&gt;Sex    - Female&lt;br /&gt;Height - 5'7&lt;br /&gt;Weight - Way too much! :) - As of today 156.64 lbs&lt;br /&gt;Goal   - 130 lbs ultimately.  But by September 7th, 145 lbs.&lt;br /&gt;Why    - I want to be comfortable in my own skin.  I want to be healthy and not as susceptible to illness as I                  currently am.  I want to look good for both myself, and my husband.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We leave to go to the Gold Coast in Australia on the 7th of September &amp; I both want and need to have lost 10 lbs by then.  I know that at 145 I look and feel so much better.  The 10th of September is also our wedding anniversary so I want to do this in time for this date.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ultimately, by my 25th birthday, which is in February 2007, I want to be exactly where I want to stay, at 130lbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a home gym so no excuses not to exercise, and my husband is incredibly supportive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Onwards!</content>
